To act as a custodian defining and articulating the company’s BIN Sponsorship vision and strategy within the UK and Europe. We are seeking an experienced and driven executive that can drive lead generation within this vertical and raise the business profile to be the leading BIN Sponsor operator across the UK and Europe. The company has identified BIN Sponsorship as an integral part of our business strategy for 2026 and beyond. Following the gaining of principal/affiliate licences with Discover, Mastercard and Visa over the last 18 months, we now have the basis to provide a suite of BINs that support Prepaid, Consumer and Corporate Debit card solutions for EMIs, Processors, Financial Institutions, Fintech and Banking and Financial Services. Our proposition allows companies that do not have scheme membership to issue payment cards and access payment processing services under the regulatory umbrella of a licensed financial institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities for BIN Sponsorship working closely with the Card Solutions team and CEO
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to acquire new clients within this vertical and expand the customer base
- Develop business approach for working with potential referral partners for leveraging new business opportunities
- Expand business opportunities with clients aligned to the overall roadmap
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and product demonstrations to prospective clients
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years’ experience working within the Payments and Cards verticals
- Knowledge of operating within an Issuer/EMI organisation
- Ideally experience of BIN management
- Understanding of regulatory and network scheme obligations covering BIN Sponsorship
- Personable, strong network connections across the payments ecosystem with previous business development experience in this space
