Who we’re looking for?

  • Someone with a few years of experience in business analysis or performance management.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to approach challenges analytically.
  • Ability to translate data into insights and insights into action, driving measurable business improvements.
  • Understanding of end-to-end business processes and ability to identify opportunities for optimisation, especially in partner onboarding and sales journeys.
  • Works well with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, marketing, product, and tech.
  • Comfortable working with data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Can manage or support projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and in scope.
  • Communicates clearly, turning complex findings into simple recommendations stakeholders can act on.
  • Can take ownership of tasks and influence business performance direction.
  • Has an eye for detail but also the ability to step back and see the bigger picture.

Desirable: Experience in fintech, financial services, or a high-growth environment. Familiarity with project management methods (Agile/Waterfall) and process improvement tools (Lean Six Sigma).

What you'll be doing

  • Analysing performance data and providing actionable insights to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Supporting and leading projects that improve partner journeys, onboarding processes, and overall profitability.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Building dashboards, reports, and models to track KPIs and measure success.
  • Identifying and documenting business processes, recommending improvements and innovations.
  • Helping translate strategy into execution by providing the fact base for decision-making.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Staying ahead of trends in business analytics and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

  • Holiday: 22 days + Bank Holidays rising to 30 with service
