About the role: We’re seeking an ambitious Revenue Operations Manager to drive the efficiency, scalability, and success of our Business Development (BDRs), Partnership and Sales (AEs) function. As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving effective processes and tools usage, removing barriers to the Revenue teams’ success. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, your primary focus will be to identify areas where the Sales organisation can enhance efficiency and effectiveness, proposing innovative solutions to enable scalability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:- Optimise Sales Workflows: Streamline and automate processes to ensure our Revenue teams operate with maximum efficiency and focus.
- Act as a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with senior sales leaders to identify areas of improvement, challenge current ways of working, and implement initiatives that ensure seamless handover process throughout the revenue funnel.
- Manage the Tech Stack: Own our outbound sales tooling ecosystem, including platforms like Salesloft. Ensure systems are set up to scale and used to their full potential.
- Build Smart Automations: Design thoughtful automations that enhance operational efficiency, create moments of customer delight, and free up time for high-value activities.
- Track and Report Performance: Define, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators related to outreach activity, conversion rates, and system usage. Use insights to inform strategy and advocate for change.
- Project Management: Identify, plan and project manage key change initiatives that impact the sales organisation, increasing sales OKRs related to efficiency, productivity and revenue.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or a similar role.
- Proven track record within a high-growth SaaS or B2B environment.
- Data and process skills: Ability to self-serve data, analyse GTM data, and measure impact to inform decision-making.
- Tooling expertise: Hands-on experience managing and optimising outbound prospecting platforms (e.g. Salesloft, Outreach) and knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Automation mindset: Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g. Zapier or n8n) and a passion for streamlining processes and driving efficiency.
- High ownership and accountability: A proactive self-starter who takes initiative, challenges the status quo and drives projects forward with minimal direction.
- Strong communicator: Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and align teams around initiatives.
