As the Director of Operations at Payfuture, you will own the end-to-end operational strategy and execution across markets, ensuring seamless, scalable, and compliant processes. You will identify gaps, improve workflows, and standardise operations to support fast growth, while collaborating closely with Product, Compliance, Finance, and Sales teams.
- Own the end-to-end operations function: merchant onboarding, settlement, FX processes, and reconciliation.
- Continuously audit processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and risk exposures.
- Design, implement, and enforce operational policies, SLAs, and KPIs across teams and markets.
- Work with Compliance/AML and Risk teams to embed regulatory requirements into daily operations.
- Implement automation tools with AI/data teams to streamline compliance checks, KYC/AML, and FX reconciliation.
- Build operational dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor KPIs, trends, and risk exposure.
Proven track record of building scalable operations and operational excellence in fast-growing companies.
Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk requirements across multiple markets.
