We're hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the UK market to generate high-quality outbound opportunities for our UK Sales team. This is a permanent, individual contributor role reporting to Daniel Iles, with hybrid working (fixed team days in our London office, the rest remote).
Your mission will be to:
- Generate outbound selling opportunities for PayFit UK.
- Booking Demos
- Managing Pipeline
- Sourcing exciting accounts & ICP prospects
- Understand the UK SMB customer profile and their pains
- Research target companies within our ICP
- Identify and qualify the right leads
- Be creative in your outreach approach
- Engage decisively with decision-makers via cold calls, LinkedIn, and email
What success looks like:
- Consistently hitting monthly and quarterly targets
- Increasing high-quality demo generation, contributing to Payfit’s direct growth
- Creating new business and net-new MRR for PayFit UK
What we're looking for:
- 1-2 years experience in Sales
- Based in London (or able to commute)
- Curiosity: You actively seek feedback, are coachable, and genuinely curious.
- Will to win: You're driven, competitive, and push to your full potential.
- B2B sales mindset: You bring the attitude and drive to succeed in sales; direct sales experience is a plus.
- Pursuit of excellence: High standards, consistent execution.

Compensation: £31,000 base + £15,000 OTE — uncapped commission structure.
