- Produce customer case studies and coordinate video testimonials end-to-end
- Review and adapt content from global team and freelancers for UK market relevance
- Community Building

- Test and iterate on a different number of community formats
- Build and nurture relationships with customers and partners to fuel advocacy and engagement
- Customer Advocacy
- Coordinate customer outreach for testimonials, case studies, and video content
- Build and maintain a customer advocate database
- Partner with Sales and CS teams to identify and activate brand champions
- Brand & Web Management
- Contribute to UK website revamp project
- Ensure brand consistency across UK touchpoints
- Govern content quality, tone, and messaging across channels
- Performance & Optimisation
- Track content and community engagement metrics
- Report on ROI and impact; iterate based on data and feedback
We'd love to meet someone with...
- 1-2 years of experience in content creation (copywriting, case studies, web copy, ads, newsletters)
- Excellent writing across formats: long-form, web, ads, newsletters
- Understanding of content strategy and funnel marketing
- Self-starter mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, testing, and building from scratch
- Strong relationship-building skills internally and externally
- Genuine interest in community-building and bringing people together
- Project management skills: able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
Nice to have
- Experience coordinating video production or vendor management
- Familiarity with event planning or community programming
- Exposure to SMB or HR tech audiences
- Storytelling ability: making customers the hero, using data-driven narratives
