We are currently looking for a highly organized Implementation Specialist to implement clients on our HR and TLM software, powered by UKG Ready. Full training on the UKG Ready software will be provided. This role will be ideal for someone with a background in Implementation, Project Management, IT, or any technical/client facing role.
Job Details
- Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, 37.5 hours per week
- Hybrid working: This is a hybrid role from our offices in Ballymoney
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements
- Implement and build a solution that meets the client’s needs
- Provide ongoing software support with our existing client base
- Support and track the progress of projects
- Develop optimisation strategies and provide excellent customer service
- Liaise with all departments within the company
- Ad hoc duties as required
