As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Assist in dispensing medication under pharmacist supervision, maintaining accuracy and legal compliance.
- Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients feel heard, supported, and valued.
- Contribute to the team by maintaining an organized, efficient workflow.
- Manage inventory, organising, stocking, and ensuring pharmaceutical integrity.
- Utilise computer systems for processing prescriptions, managing stock levels, and handling queries.
- Maintain a spotless and orderly pharmacy environment.
Who Are We Searching For?
- A foundation of pharmacy knowledge, preferably an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills, displaying warmth, empathy, and patience.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and safety of all operations.
- Strong teamwork capabilities, thriving in a collaborative setting.
- Computer literacy, comfortable learning various pharmacy software.
