Your Mission as a Pharmacy Assistant:
- Assist in dispensing medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide outstanding customer service, making all patients feel heard, supported and valued.
- Maintain an organised and efficient workflow within the pharmacy team.
- Manage inventory: organise, stock and preserve the integrity of pharmaceuticals.
- Use computer systems for prescription processing, stock management and customer queries.
- Keep the pharmacy environment spotless and orderly.
Who Are We Looking For?
- A foundation of pharmacy knowledge; preference for NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills with warmth, empathy and patience.
- Strong attention to detail for safe and accurate pharmacy operations.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn pharmacy software systems.
