Responsibilities
- Assist in the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a pharmacist, maintaining meticulous accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
- Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients feel heard, supported, and valued.
- Contribute to the pharmacy team by maintaining an organised and efficient workflow.
- Manage inventory by organising, stocking, and ensuring the integrity of pharmaceuticals.
- Utilise computer systems for processing prescriptions, managing stock levels, and handling customer queries.
- Maintain a spotless and orderly pharmacy environment.
Qualifications
- A foundation of pharmacy knowledge, with a preference for those holding an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills; displaying warmth, empathy, and patience.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring the accuracy and safety of all pharmacy operations.
- Strong teamwork capabilities, thriving in a collaborative work setting.
- Computer literacy, comfortable with learning and utilising various pharmacy software systems.

Working Hours & Benefits
Your normal contractual hours of work will be 15 hours a week. These hours will be organised according to a rota system covering Monday to Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm and Saturday 09:00am-1:00pm which will be published one week in advance. Before applying, please ensure availability for these hours across the week.
