What do we need for this role?
- Partnership Development & Strategy – Develop and execute a strategic partnership programme to attract, engage, and nurture high-value partners.
- Relationship Management – Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners through regular communication, engagement initiatives, and collaboration.
- Lead Generation & Revenue Growth – Drive partner-generated lead volumes, ensuring the quality and size of deals align with business goals.
- Enablement & Community Building – Enable PayCaptain representatives to confidently refer partners by equipping them with knowledge, materials, and regular updates.
- Reporting & Insights – Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, share insights, and identify areas for growth.

What Experience Do You Need?
- 2+ years’ experience in a partnerships, business development, or relationship management role.
- Ideally experience within a Payroll, HRIS, SaaS, or FinTech business (though not essential).
- Demonstrable experience designing and delivering partnership strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Skilled at engaging with senior stakeholders and managing partner relationships.
- Comfortable analysing performance data and using insights to improve outcomes.
- Experience working remotely, with the ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively in a virtual environment.

- Salary - £40,000 Base Salary + £10,000 Bonuses + £8,000 Uncapped Commission = £58,000 OTE
