Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support the company’s legal, regulatory, and governance activities.
The ideal candidate will combine strong legal expertise with a solid understanding of the regulatory environment in which PayAlly operates. This role will work closely with senior management and Compliance teams to ensure that business operations meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice across the business on contracts, corporate, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Support governance processes and internal policy development.
- Advise on regulatory obligations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain robust legal and compliance controls.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or another regulated environment.
- Good understanding of FCA regulations.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to balance commercial goals with legal and regulatory considerations.
- Compliance or governance experience is desirable.
