The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a critical leadership role during a period of strategic transformation and international expansion at PAYALLY GLOBAL. The company is undergoing restructuring of its ownership and holding structure, pursuing acquisitions of licensed financial institutions, and expanding its regulatory footprint across multiple jurisdictions. The CFO will be responsible for leading all financial operations at a group level, ensuring robust financial governance across entities, and supporting complex corporate, regulatory, and transactional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Group Financial Strategy & Transformation
    • Lead financial strategy during the restructuring of ownership and holding structure
    • Support corporate structuring, capital allocation, and tax-efficient group design
    • Act as a key advisor to the CEO and Board on the financial implications of strategic decisions
    • Drive financial integration of newly acquired entities
  • M&A and Licensing Support
    • Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and integration processes for the acquisition of licensed institutions
    • Support regulatory applications and financial submissions for new licenses in multiple jurisdictions
    • Ensure financial readiness and compliance for regulated entities
  • Group Accounting & Consolidation
    • Oversee preparation of consolidated group financial statements across multiple jurisdictions
    • Ensure consistency in accounting policies and compliance with IFRS or applicable standards
    • Manage intercompany transactions and group-level reporting structures
  • Multi-Country Financial Operations & Control
    • Establish and maintain strong financial controls across all group entities
    • Oversee and standardise bookkeeping practices across different countries
    • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant local and group reporting
  • Audit & Regulatory Management
    • Manage relationships with external auditors across jurisdictions
    • Lead group audit processes and ensure timely completion of statutory audits
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulatory requirements in all operating regions
  • Cash Flow, Treasury & Capital Management
    • Manage group-wide liquidity, cash flow, and capital planning
    • Optimise banking structures and relationships across jurisdictions
    • Support funding strategies, including debt, equity, or internal financing
  • Risk & Compliance Oversight
    • Identify financial, regulatory, and operational risks across the group
    • Implement and maintain strong internal controls and governance frameworks
    • Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory obligations in all jurisdictions
  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Build, lead, and coordinate finance across multiple countries
    • Align local finance functions with group standards and strategy
    • Drive performance, accountability, and professional development
