  • Own and evolve the Core Banking roadmap (3‑, 6‑, and 12‑month horizons)
  • Define product direction aligned with the company North Star (30% growth in active clients)
  • Scale the core banking platform to support significant transaction growth (stress‑testing, scalability mindset, cost control)
  • Identify technical bottlenecks and reduce product and architectural debt
  • Work closely with Engineering to understand services, integrations, and system architecture
  • Translate business opportunities (including Banking‑as‑a‑Service expansion) into structured product initiatives
  • Drive discovery, create product documentation (PRDs), and ensure architectural alignment
  • Ensure sustainable, scalable solutions that generate revenue
  • Be accountable for squad outcomes and product performance
  • Collaborate closely with Delivery Manager and Engineering Lead to ensure roadmap execution
  • Align stakeholders on priorities and trade‑offs
  • Organize monthly product reviews to communicate direction, insights, and decisions
  • Evaluate third‑party integrations and partnerships when needed
  • Support expansion of API‑based Banking‑as‑a‑Service capabilities

What we need:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
  • Strong experience in Core Banking or Banking‑as‑a‑Service environments
  • Experience owning a core banking backend system in a fintech or digital bank
  • Strong technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integrations
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams at a technical level
  • Strong data‑driven mindset and analytical skills
  • Experience building and managing structured roadmaps
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
