We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Growth Manager to spearhead our expansion in the local market in the United Kingdom. Reporting Line: Head of Sales UK (Acquiring) Location: Hybrid set up from our London Office in Holborn.
What you will do:
- Developing and maintaining strong market knowledge of payabl.’s products and services, and effectively positioning their value to prospective merchants.
- Identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across the assigned market through direct and indirect sales channels.
- Conducting market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and better understand merchant requirements.
- Building and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders across target industries to support long-term business development.
- Delivering sales presentations, managing negotiations, concluding commercial agreements, and supporting new merchants through the onboarding process.
- Proactively generating, qualifying, and progressing leads in order to maintain a robust and sustainable pipeline.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure a high standard of merchant experience and service delivery.
- Achieving and exceeding agreed commercial objectives and sales targets in line with the company’s growth strategy.
