The role is about: We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Growth Manager to spearhead our expansion in the local market in the United Kingdom. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and diverse sales team dedicated to identifying key prospects, acquiring new clients, and driving market share growth. Reporting Line: Head of Sales UK (Acquiring) Location: Hybrid set up from our London Office in Holborn.

What you will do:

  • Market Expertise: Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of payabl.’s payment products and services, and effectively communicating their value to prospective merchants within the local market.
  • Sales Development: Identifying and driving new business opportunities through both traditional and digital sales channels.
  • Market Research: Conducting thorough research to uncover new market opportunities and understand merchant needs within the assigned region.
  • Client Relationships: Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders across target industries to gain insights and maximize sales performance.
  • Business Development: Leading sales presentations, negotiating contracts, onboarding clients, and supporting their ongoing journey with payabl.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively prospecting and nurturing leads through outbound channels to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams within payabl. to ensure a seamless and high-quality merchant experience.
