This role is about:

Business Analyst who will support and drive our In-Person Payments strategy, vision, and product development. Support the Product Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams; the products and solutions you help us build will be used across multiple geographies and merchant verticals.

Location: London, UK Hybrid or Poland Remote.

Reporting Line: Product Manager

What You\’ll Do:

  • Articulate clear user stories and acceptance criteria by translating complex business requirements into well-defined product requirements. Working collaboratively with engineering teams and ensuring requirements are clearly understood using agile methodology.
  • Own and manage product backlogs by prioritising and balancing the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Support the Product Manager by translating the product vision and strategy into a well-defined product roadmap.
  • Have a pulse on the in-person payment market, conducting discovery and analysis across various European geographies, customer verticals, and payment solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage with third-party vendors. Ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
  • Create strong feedback loops with our customers and commercial teams to better understand their pain points and identify ways our solutions can be tailored to address them.
  • Own the end-to-end new features and enhancements to existing solutions. Work collaboratively with wider stakeholders to ensure commercial readiness for a successful launch and rollout.
  • Create training materials and train internal and external commercial teams on our product, features, and usability.
  • With the support of the Product Manager and internal stakeholders, build and streamline processes to better serve and manage our customer life cycles in new markets and business models.

Who You Are:

You are a Business Analyst with experience in POS terminals and payment processing . You excel at analyzing requirements, improving workflows, and ensuring seamless POS integrations . Your strong problem-solving skills and industry knowledge help drive innovation, enhance user experience, and align solutions with business needs.

What We`re Looking for:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager, preferably in the Payments, Banking, or FinTech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of POS and the Merchant Acquiring business, including technical knowledge.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment on B2B solutions.
  • Proven experience building B2B tech products, collaborating with development teams, clients, and external/internal stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on greenfield projects and guide them from ideation to launch.
  • Eye for detail, with a balance of brainstorming and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and deliver world-class user experiences while ensuring scalability.
  • A self-starter with a strong drive to get the job done.

Our Hiring Process:

  1. Step 1: Initial Interview – A 30-40 minute conversation with our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your experience, career goals, and expectations.
  2. Step 2: Hiring Manager Interview – A 45-60 minute online video discussion with Product Manager and BA Lead focused on diving deeper into your experience and skills.
  3. Step 3: Technical Assignment – A take-home test designed to showcase your skills. You\’ll have up to 5-7 days to complete it in a single attempt (estimated time: 60-90 minutes).
  4. Step 4: Final Behavioral Interview – A 45-60 minute discussion focused on team fit and collaboration with our Product Lead and CTO. This is your chance to dive deeper into our culture and align on expectations.
