Strategic Programme Assurance Manager – 6 Months Contract London Strategic Programme Assurance Manager – 6 Months Contract (Inside IR35) The P3O Assurance Manager plays a critical role in supporting the 1LOD change assurance process, ensuring the effective implementation of the Pay.UK wide portfolio of change initiatives. This position entails providing comprehensive analysis and reporting of assurance data and findings to Programme leaders and sponsors, as well as coaching delivery teams in the effective adoption of the Change Framework. Responsibilities: Facilitate the delivery of the 1LOD Change Assurance process across the entire portfolio Conduct thorough analysis and reporting on assurance data and findings for Programme leaders and sponsors Offer coaching and guidance to delivery teams to enhance their adoption of the Change Framework Engage in close collaboration with members of the portfolio, programme, and project office (P3O), as well as programme and project managers, and risk and audit teams Ensure adherence to the organisation\’s assurance processes and standards. Qualifications, Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience in assurance management or a comparable role Highly developed analytical skills coupled with a meticulous approach to detail High-level communication capabilities and proficiency in working with others Experience in coaching and mentoring teams effectively Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies Demonstrated skill in working alongside diverse teams across different functions.
