Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Director, Growth, the BDM will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth strategy in the United Kingdom. This role will include identifying marketing initiatives and customer acquisition, retention strategies, and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust growth strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives effectively.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to successfully secure prospective clients and build business relationships.
- Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
- Identify trends and key business drivers (new products, services, or promos) to improve revenue performance and customer retention, as well as maintain a competitive edge against competitors.
- Identify enterprise customer needs, sales, and business expansion opportunities, and propose appropriate products and/or services.
- Implement marketing initiatives in the UK, leveraging both digital and traditional channels to drive customer acquisition.
- Manage the business development analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and high performance.
- Support professional development and training for the ambassadors and contractors in the UK and hold them accountable for growth targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a growth-focused role, with a record of accomplishment in driving business growth.
- Extensive knowledge of growth strategies, marketing, sales funnels, and customer acquisition and retention.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategy and decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience leading and inspiring teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus.
