Responsibilities

  • Engage in proactive outreach and activations to reactivate dormant customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to re-establish their trust in our services.
  • Implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to acquire new customers through various channels, including online platforms, community events, and partnerships.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries effectively and providing accurate information about our services, fees, and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that promote our remittance services, targeting both new and existing customers.
  • Drive the successful onboarding process for new customers by coordinating all necessary documentation and account setup within 72 hours of initial contact.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the remittance industry landscape, competition, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information to customers and identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing customer engagement, acquisition metrics, and onboarding success rates to the management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations, ideally within the remittance or financial services industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
