Summary of This Role
This role sits within the Digital Core Processing team within European Product, largely working with the Global Payments eCommerce payment gateway, simplifying payments for merchants acquired both by Global Payments and by third party acquirers. You will be part of a team managing features and functionality supporting card transaction processing across multiple regions, which is the core service that our customers depend on.
What Part Will You Play?
- Become a subject matter expert on card payments within the Global Payments eCommerce Gateway, enabling secure and compliant transaction processing.
- Lead roadmap planning for owned areas, creating, managing and prioritising your backlog.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at each stage of the Product Development Lifecycle, and collaborate with Agile development teams and colleagues in multiple regions.
- Participate in feedback loops for your owned area, to feed into ongoing product development.
- Take ownership of the full end to end, including taking troubleshooting to a higher level when problems arise.
- Own go-to-market approach for your owned area, effectively communicating upcoming releases internally and externally.
- Partner with marketing on the development and creation of sales / customer assets.
- Create and own the measurement approach for your area, clearly articulating business value for existing and planned enhancements.

What Qualifications Are We Looking For in This Role?
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Product Management role.
- Experience of working within a technology, software or payments environment.
- Bachelor\’s degree in a technology or business field, or comparable training and experience.
