About the role
Join our team in Brighton where you'll support the Reception functions across Paxton sites, delivering exceptional administrative and hospitality services while ensuring visitors, contractors and employees have a first‑class experience.
- Deliver a variety of reception administration tasks, including stationery orders, car bookings and valets, ordering consumables, processing Installer Scheme requests, handling post, and restocking first aid supplies.
- Co‑ordinate new starter and leaver processes to ensure smooth transitions across all sites.
- Manage travel, accommodation and entertainment bookings as needed.
- Support Global Sales and Support teams by placing literature and stock orders.
- Assist with hospitality services such as distributing milk, fruit and snacks, organising meeting food orders, and working with catering staff.
- Set up and clear meeting rooms, audit stock levels, and ensure supplies are appropriate and in date.
- Contribute to continual service improvements for hospitality and reception functions.
- Support the Helpdesk system, ensuring clear communication and appropriate delegation of tasks.
- Process invoices through the Purchase Order system, ensuring correct allocation for budgeting.
- Work closely with the Health & Safety team, completing core tasks such as fire and first aid compliance, and reporting hazards or breaches.
- Respond appropriately to reception, facilities or H&S‑related issues, including emergencies.
- Deliver world‑class customer service to all visitors and colleagues.
- Build strong working relationships with departments, managers and Directors.
- Support the implementation of Equal Opportunities and Health & Safety policies.
- Carry out any additional duties appropriate to the role.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and confidence using Microsoft Office and systems.
