Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Veterinary Nurse based in London. The Veterinary Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to animal patients, supporting veterinarians during surgeries, and monitoring anesthesia. Additional responsibilities include conducting basic laboratory tests, assisting with pet care routines, and educating pet owners about post-treatment care. The role requires effectively working within a team to ensure the best outcomes for both animals and their owners.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Veterinary Nursing and general Animal Care




• Experience in Anesthesiology and assisting in surgical or medical procedures




• Skills in Pet Care, including handling and monitoring animals




• Familiarity with Laboratory Skills such as performing basic diagnostic tests




• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with both colleagues and clients




• Passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing excellent patient care




• Relevant certification or qualification in Veterinary Nursing is highly desirable




• Prior experience in a small animal practice is a plus
