Paxton Personnel are recruiting for a Site Administrator to support a remote construction project located on the stunning west coast of Scotland.
About the Role:
Our client is looking for an organised and proactive individual to support day-to-day site operations. While previous experience in site administration or a similar role is preferred, all applicants will be considered.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and maintaining project documentation.
Ensuring accuracy and up-to-date site drawings and records, filing and archiving old revisions.
Supporting the Site Management team with daily paperwork and reporting tasks.
Previous experience working with MS software packages.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 9:00am β 4:00pm
Early finish on Fridays!
