Paxton Personnel is looking for experienced Dumper and/or Roller Operators to join our clients on a variety of construction and civil engineering projects across Elgin and the Moray area. If you're reliable, safety-conscious, and enjoy working as part of a professional site team, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating forward tipping dumpers and/or ride-on rollers safely and efficiently
- Completing daily plant inspections and reporting any defects
- Working alongside groundworkers, site supervisors, and other trades
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
- Supporting the team to keep projects running smoothly
What You'll Need:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper and/or Roller ticket (essential)
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Previous experience operating plant on construction sites
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
