Role Overview:
As a Site Manager, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations during holiday cover periods
- Ensure health & safety compliance and site efficiency
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage site documentation
- Deliver high-quality results on specialist/small works projects
Requirements:
- ValidSMSTS certification
- Proven experience managing construction sites
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Flexibility to travel to various sites as needed
- First Aid and CSCS card (preferred)
