Paxton Personnelarerecruiting for a Site Administrator to support a remote construction project located on the stunning west coast of Scotland.
About the Role:
Our client is looking for an organised and proactive individual to support day-to-day site operations. While previous experience in site administration or a similar role is preferred, all applicants will be considered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining project documentation.
- Ensuring accuracy and up-to-date site drawings and records, filing and archiving old revisions.

Supporting the Site Management teamwith daily paperwork and reporting tasks.

Previous experience working with MS software packages.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Early finish on Fridays!
