We are looking for a motivated and organised Assistant Manager to support shop operations and step up in the Manager’s absence, travelling between all shops throughout Highlands/Moray. This is a hands-on role for someone with a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Manager in day-to-day operations
- Lead the team and maintain high standards in the Manager’s absence
- Ensure excellent customer service and team performance
- Support staff training and development
- Maintain hygiene and health & safety standards
- Complete admin tasks as needed
- Be available to work in other stores (travel costs covered)
- Previous supervisory/assistant manager experience (preferred)
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A team player with a passion for customer service
- Driving licence holder as well as own transport
- Friendly and fast-paced work environment
- Travel expenses paid when working in other locations
