Paxton Personnel is delighted to be supporting our client, a well-known and established local family-run business, with the recruitment of an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Inverness. This is a temporary position for a minimum of 4 weeks, with a strong possibility of extension. There may also be opportunities for ad hoc work covering holidays, sickness, and busy periods.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 16:00
Key Duties:
- Calculating and processing orders
- Taking orders via telephone, email, and online portals
- Updating customers on order progress
- General administrative support
