Site Agent / Site Manager
We are looking for an experienced Site Agent / Site Manager to oversee the safe and successful delivery of civil engineering projects.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations and construction activities.
- Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance.
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Resolve site issues and ensure work is completed to specification.
- Keep accurate site records and documentation.
- Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project objectives.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Site Agent, Site Manager or similar role within civil engineering.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of construction methods and health & safety requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
