Paxton Personnel are recruiting on behalf of their client a local Civils Contractor for an Accounts Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Senior Management team playing a crucial part in the preparation of reports, records, and accounts to aid management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure suitable financial controls are in place to properly record all financial transactions.
- Ensure company compliance with all group and regional financial policies.
- Ensure company compliance on all HMRC requirements.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts pack and ancillary reconciliations.
- Preparation of weekly cash flow forecast and cash monitoring.
- Production of annual and interim budgets.
- Production of ad hoc management reports.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Part or fully qualified ACCA/CIMA.
- Experience in financial analysis and assisting with strategic decision-making based on financial information.
