About the role:
Join our team in Brighton where you'll support the development and optimisation of our HR systems, data, workflows, and People-related digital processes to ensure an efficient, compliant, and future-ready People ecosystem. Take ownership of our HRIS, ATS, Payroll, and People platforms, ensuring they remain well-configured, up to date, and performing effectively. Maintain high levels of data integrity by running regular audits, managing governance processes, and ensuring full GDPR compliance across all People systems.
Design and enhance automated workflows and integrations to reduce manual steps and create more efficient HR and recruitment processes. Lead and support system-related projects from initial scoping through to testing and rollout, ensuring clear communication and strong stakeholder engagement at every stage. Build and maintain dashboards, analytics, and reporting that provide reliable, insight-driven data for managers and leaders. Oversee ATS configuration to ensure consistent recruitment workflows, strong candidate experiences, and accurate tracking of recruitment data. Support digital recruitment improvements, including automated workflow design and the responsible use of AI-enabled tools. Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, supporting right to work checks, DBS requirements, mandatory documentation, and audit readiness. Manage Health Safety related digital logs, training records, and certifications, ensuring data is organised, accurate, and audit-ready. Identify opportunities to streamline HR and recruitment digital processes, advising on new systems, modules, or upgrades where needed. Create and maintain documentation for workflows, integrations, and system standards to ensure clarity and consistency across all processes. Act as a subject matter expert on system change management, guiding teams through digital transitions and promoting user confidence.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience designing, managing, and optimising HR or People systems such as HRIS, ATS, or Payroll platforms.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including producing data reports and dashboards.
- Experience leading or contributing to digital or system-based change projects.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and confidence managing processes and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data governance, GDPR, compliance, integrations, APIs, or ERP/People-related systems.
Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
