About the role
Join our Facilities team based in Brighton where you will play a key role in administrating and managing our facilities services and processes whilst maintaining Health & Safety compliance. Responsibilities include:
- Manage email inboxes, responding to enquiries and delegating to relevant teams.
- Assist in project and contract management, including tender processes and supervising contractor work.
- Support the Facilities Helpdesk, delegate workloads, and maintain excellent communication with staff.
- Manage accurate records and scheduling of the asset register, ensuring H&S compliance.
- Handle invoices through our PO system, ensuring accurate payments and budgeting.
- Collaborate with the Facilities and H&S officer, conducting site inspections and reporting issues.
- Support Reception during high volumes and emergencies, ensuring world-class customer service.
- Ensure the highest standards and expectations of customer service are world class.
- Develop positive working relationships across departments and implement company policies.
