About the role: Join our customer support team in Brighton where you will be the first point of contact providing advice and technical support to our UK and German customers. Our incredible product support team are experts in troubleshooting with installers and are hands-on with our products and technology from day one.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering accurate technical product support to our German and UK installers or customers via phone, email, or webchat.
  • Handling any sales or returns process requests.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving installation issues in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with other teams within Paxton to trial and test new products or features.

What are we looking for? Fluent in speaking and writing German. You should be passionate about providing first-class customer service and eager to learn a diverse product range. The right attitude is more important to us than your skills or experience.
