About the role

Join our team based in our Eastbourne Manufacturing centre, where you will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, testing, and packing of Paxton products.

Working hours: Monday – Friday 06:15 – 14:15 (30 min break) OR Monday & Tuesday 9am – 7:15pm, Wednesday & Thursday 9am – 7pm.

• Assembling electronic parts either on a flow-line or as bench build.
• Completing final product quality inspections.
• Re-stocking Kanbans for flowline.
• Driving Continuous Improvement (CI) Initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or on a production line is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• The right attitude is more important to us than your skills or experience. If you\’re excited about a role but your existing experience doesn\’t match every element of the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
