About the role: Join our Manufacturing Engineering team in Eastbourne, where you'll deliver successful New Product Introduction (NPI) across electronics (PCA) and assembly manufacturing, acting as the key interface between Product Development and Manufacturing. Lead end-to-end NPI activity, ensuring products are delivered safely, on time, to quality and cost targets, with full production readiness at launch.
