Overview
Support sales and marketing activities by assisting with client engagement, internal coordination, and vendor communication, with a focus on improving quotation turnaround time and ensuring operational readiness for incoming yachts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Client Support
    • Support sales and marketing efforts for PaxOcean’s yacht repair, refit, and maintenance services.
    • Assist in liaising with yacht owners, captains, agents, and brokers on enquiries and follow-ups.
    • Support external communications under guidance, including follow-ups and information requests.
    • Assist in preparing basic commercial materials, proposals, and presentations.
  • Commercial Support
    • Assist in compiling inputs from internal teams and external vendors.
    • Track quotation progress and follow up with internal stakeholders to support timely issuance of first draft quotations.
    • Assist in documenting scope assumptions, exclusions, and inputs for internal reference.
  • Internal Coordination & Pre-Arrival Readiness
    • Coordinate with internal production, planning, and yard teams to ensure readiness for vessel arrivals.
    • Support pre-arrival preparation by tracking scope confirmation, vendor availability, timelines, and required documentation.
    • Assist in consolidating technical and commercial inputs for project planning.
  • Vendor & Supplier Coordination
    • Liaise with external vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing, availability, and lead times.
    • Assist in aligning vendor quotations with project schedules.
    • Maintain basic records of vendor scope, and lead-time assumptions.
  • Administrative & Reporting Support
    • Maintain simple trackers for enquiries, quotations, and vessel pipelines.
    • Support preparation of internal updates and management reporting.
    • Perform other sales and marketing support tasks as required.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or related fields.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Good communication skills and comfortable coordinating across multiple teams.
  • Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple timelines.
  • Requires regular movement between office, yard, and project locations.
  • Occasional travel to Batam yards to support on-site coordination.
  • Frequent coordination at PaxOcean Singapore and Batam yards.
  • Interest in the yacht or maritime industry is an advantage.

Education

  • Bachelors in Business or Maritime Studies.
  • Diploma in Business or Maritime Studies.
