Due to continued demand for our bespoke joinery, we’re looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join our skilled workshop team at Paxman Bespoke in Shoeburyness, Essex.

For over 40 years we’ve been manufacturing high-quality bespoke joinery for commercial and private clients.

As every project is bespoke, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-quality joinery, from individual pieces to large commercial contracts, rather than repetitive production-line manufacturing.

About You

  • Proven experience manufacturing bespoke joinery within a workshop environment.
  • Confident working from technical drawings and cutting sheets.
  • Competent in the use of woodworking machinery and hand tools.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Takes pride in producing high-quality work.
  • £14.50-£18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
