Paxbespoke is a growing fitted wardrobe company based in Warrington. We specialise in creating fitted wardrobe solutions using the IKEA PAX system, bespoke doors, spray-painted finishes, and custom carpentry details to achieve a clean built-in look.
About the role
This role would suit someone with experience in interior design, fitted furniture, kitchen/bedroom sales, home improvement sales, or client consultations. You will be helping clients through the early stages of their fitted wardrobe project, including understanding their space, discussing layout options, preparing quotes, and guiding them from enquiry to booking. The role will be based from our office in Warrington, WA5 1AU, so we are looking for someone local or able to travel to the office regularly.
Main responsibilities:
- Speak with new enquiries and understand their project requirements
- Help clients with wardrobe layout and design options
- Prepare and follow up quotations
- Explain our different fitted wardrobe options clearly
- Help guide clients from enquiry through to booking
- Work closely with the fitting/design team
- Keep customer details and project information updated
- Assist with basic admin and customer follow-up
The ideal person will be confident speaking with clients, organised, friendly, and able to understand basic measurements and layouts.
Experience:
- Fitted furniture
- Wardrobes / bedrooms
- Kitchen or bedroom sales
- Client consultations
- Sales and customer service
- Experience with IKEA PAX, fitted wardrobes, or bedroom design would be a big advantage, but it is not essential if you have the right attitude and are willing to learn.
