System Support & Troubleshooting
- Be the first-line fixer for HCM queries and access issues.
- Manage user access and support tickets.
- Troubleshoot, test, and optimise Workday modules.
- Run audits and resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain clear SOPs and system documentation.
- Lead engaging training sessions and workshops.
- Empower teams to get the most from Workday.
- Own release updates and testing.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations.
- Experience with People Systems/HRIS, especially Workday.
- Hands-on expertise in Time and Attendance, plus at least four other modules (e.g. Core HCM, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting).
- Bonus points for Workday implementation experience or Workday Pro Certifications.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- A problem-solving mindset and a passion for people and process.
- A collaborative, self-starting attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with care and confidentiality.
- Salary: Up to £54,000 (DOE)
