Pax8 is seeking a Video Marketing Executive, EMEA, based in Farnborough or Bristol. The successful candidate will bring our story and our partners\' stories to life across the UK and EMEA, crafting content that makes people stop scrolling, lean in, and think: I want to be part of that.
The role involves creating video, imagery, and audio assets that don’t just fill channels but fuel them — optimised for every platform and designed to spark leads, sign-ups, and partner activation. The ideal candidate will have the instincts of a producer, a natural storyteller with an eye for framing, pacing, and the spark that turns an idea into a compelling visual narrative.
Responsibilities:
- Create video, imagery, and audio assets that don’t just fill channels but fuel them — optimised for every platform and designed to spark leads, sign-ups, and partner activation.
- Spot fresh storytelling opportunities and experiment with new tech (yes, including AI) to bring Pax8 and partner stories to life in bold, innovative ways.
- Take charge of our internal studio and collaborate with production partners to capture high-quality content — whether in-house or out in the field at channel events.
- Own the UK social media editorial calendar, shaping and pitching your ideas into the corporate team so our content drives real engagement and growth.
- Work hand-in-hand with sales, marketing, engineering, and vendor teams to weave their initiatives into stories that resonate on social and beyond.
- Invest in your own growth — tapping into our learning paths, coaching, L&D programmes, and stretch projects so you’re always levelling up your craft.
Qualifications:
- The instincts of a producer: confident in organising shoots, planning the details, and keeping everything (and everyone) on track.
- A natural storyteller with an eye for framing, pacing, and the spark that turns an idea into a compelling visual narrative.
- Skilled with the tools of the trade — Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva (or similar) — and always ready to learn new tricks.
- A finger on the pulse of digital culture, social media, and what makes people stop scrolling.
- Comfortable juggling CMS systems (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.) and managing third-party agencies to get the job done right.
- The organisational chops to run multiple projects at once, without losing focus on craft or creativity.
- A collaborator at heart — open, curious, eager to grow, and unafraid to experiment.
- Ready for hybrid working life, with regular travel to Farnborough or other Pax8 UK offices when the story calls for it.
