Responsibilities
- Design and build automation and AI solutions to tackle business and partner needs
- Set architecture principles and quality standards for secure, consistent delivery
- Create automated cybersecurity and policy checks to scale assurance
- Review AI solutions before production with practical guidance
- Develop monitoring that shows health, quality and security over time
- Act as escalation point for engineering decisions in automation, AI, and architecture
- Remain hands-on while mentoring and improving team capability
