German speaking Microsoft Modern Work Business Solutions Ambassador
Pax8 is seeking a bold, visionary German-speaking Microsoft AI Business Solutions Ambassador to drive the future of AI adoption across Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and their clients. This role is based in our Bristol office and is a 12-month contract that serves as a launchpad into the heart of the Microsoft ecosystem.
As our Microsoft AI Business Solutions Ambassador you’ll gain direct engagement with Microsoft, working alongside their teams to drive innovation and impact. What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspire Partners with the Power of AI — lead conversations with MSPs and their clients, showing how Microsoft 365 and Copilot can transform the way they work.
- Drive Scalable Customer Acquisition — work with partners to build marketing and sales strategies that scale Microsoft 365 and Copilot adoption across the DACH market.
- Support the Full Customer Lifecycle — help MSPs build practices around acquisition, renewals, and upselling to ensure long-term customer success.
- Create Demand and Excitement — run campaigns, host webinars, and support events that generate interest in AI-powered solutions.
- Be the Face of Microsoft at Events — represent Microsoft and Pax8 at events, summits, and bootcamps, building relationships and sharing insights.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales-driven and results-oriented with a strong sales mindset and proven ability to pitch the Microsoft Modern Work suite to drive adoption and close deals.
- Proven Microsoft sales experience, ideally in Modern Work or AI, and ability to position value to partners and customers.
- Microsoft 365 know-how; advanced knowledge of the suite is preferred.
- Experience in the tech ecosystem; understanding how the Microsoft partner ecosystem operates.
- Fluent communicator in German and English; French is a plus for engagement with French-speaking colleagues and clients.
- Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-900, MS-700) or readiness to complete them within the first two months.
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or Engineering is helpful, but curiosity and drive matter more.
- Growth mindset with a passion for technology and a desire for personal and professional development.
- Must be resident in the country with a valid right to work.
