Marketing Analytics Manager

Remote (UK) – Pax8 is hiring a Marketing Analytics Manager to be our go‑to expert for marketing data across EMEA. This role sits at the heart of our marketing strategy team and connects campaign managers, stakeholders, and global colleagues with the insights that drive smarter decisions and better results.

Your Day To Day Includes

• Analyse marketing & revenue performance: uncover trends and insights across marketing, PR and events by analysing campaign metrics, sales data and customer behaviour.
• Improve lead generation quality: use data‑driven insights to guide lead generation strategies with a strong focus on quality, compliance and impact.
• Forecast growth and performance: leverage historical data to benchmark results, identify growth opportunities and predict future marketing and revenue outcomes.
• Track performance and report impact: deliver clear, regular reporting on priority initiatives, including ROI, acquisition costs and conversion rates, to support data‑led decision making.
• Partner with stakeholders globally: collaborate with corporate and regional teams to drive global reporting initiatives and optimise EMEA performance.
• Own your development: continuously enhance your skills and performance through learning pathways, coaching, stretch projects and hands‑on experience.

Sounds like you?

• Marketing analytics expertise: significant experience in a similar role and a strong background in analysing integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong data foundations: demonstrated knowledge of data analysis, visualisation, reporting, governance, database management and audience segmentation.
• Technical proficiency: advanced skills in Excel, Salesforce and Power BI, with the curiosity and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Insight‑driven storyteller: able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence marketing strategy.
• Highly organised operator: detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks and projects in parallel.
• Fast‑paced problem solver: able to grasp complex concepts quickly and adapt priorities in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.
• Right to work: resident in the country with a valid and ongoing right to work.
