EMEA Finance Leader in Farnborough

Pax8 is looking for a senior finance professional operating at Head of Finance, Finance Director, or CFO level to join us as Regional Finance Leader EMEA. This is a high-impact, high-visibility regional leadership role built for someone who loves influencing big decisions without needing a big org chart. You’ll be the finance voice at the table – elevating performance narratives, sharpening investment choices, and helping leaders move faster with better data. This role can be based in the UK (Farnborough or Bristol) or Germany (Munich).

The impact you’ll make: You’ll shape financial direction across EMEA – ensuring the business scales with discipline, clarity, and confidence. Your work will directly influence how we grow revenue, optimise margin, and invest for the future across multiple markets.

What makes you a strong fit:

• Extensive leadership-level finance experience operating at Head of Finance, Finance Director, or CFO level in complex, fast‑paced organisations.
• Proven experience across EMEA regions – navigating multi‑entity structures, diverse markets, and varying regulatory landscape.
• Deep FP&A expertise – this is essential; you bring a strong planning, forecasting, and performance‑led mindset to everything you do.
• Ownership across full P&L – including revenue, margin, cost, and deal economics.
• Proven experience business partnering with senior executives – influencing strategy, challenging thinking, and guiding high‑stakes decisions.
• Strong commercial finance capability – with demonstrated experience in deal desk, pricing strategy, and margin optimisation.
• Considerable skill in financial modelling and evaluating investment returns in fast‑moving environments.
• Fluent English (additional European languages a plus).

Location & Ways of Working – Hybrid in Farnborough or Bristol: Designated office in the UK: Farnborough or Bristol. Open to other EMEA Pax8 locations – Munich Germany.
