Regional Finance Leader – EMEA Pax8 is looking for a senior finance professional operating at Head of Finance, Finance Director, or CFO level to join us as Regional Finance Leader EMEA. This is a high-impact, high-visibility regional leadership role built for someone who loves influencing big decisions without needing a big org chart. You’ll be the finance voice at the table – elevating performance narratives, sharpening investment choices, and helping leaders move faster with better data. This role can be based in the UK (Farnborough or Bristol) or Germany (Munich). Guide commercial decisions : Support deal desk activity on complex commercial opportunities – helping teams structure deals, evaluate pricing, and protect margin and risk. Model what’s next : Build scenario models that guide growth, investment, and profitability decisions across EMEA. What makes you a strong fit Extensive leadership-level finance experience operating at Head of Finance, Finance Director, or CFO level in complex, fast‑paced organisations. Proven experience across EMEA regions – navigating multi‑entity structures, diverse markets, and varying regulatory landscape. Deep FP you bring a strong planning, forecasting, and performance‑led mindset to everything you do. Ownership across full P it’s actively supported.
