Regional People Business Partner EMEA

Join Pax8 as EMEA People Business Partner, you’ll join a company in motion – scaling fast, evolving even faster. This role isn’t about maintaining what exists – it’s about building what’s next. The role is hybrid, with an expectation to be in our Bristol office three days a week to foster collaboration, build strong partnerships, and stay closely connected to the business.

• Partner with senior leaders across EMEA to align people strategies with commercial goals.

• Develop leaders who can build and sustain organizations of the future.
• Navigate and lead through change, helping teams thrive in growth and disruption.
• Foster a scalable, inclusive culture across multiple countries and business contexts.

What you bring

• Multi-country HR Business Partnering experience and cultural fluency across EMEA.
• Proven experience using data to influence business decisions.
• A track record of commercial partnership with operational or functional leaders.
• The ability to use AI as your thinking partner, leveraging it for insight, strategy, and efficiency.
• Thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments – where others see uncertainty, you see possibility.
• A self-driven mindset with results in your DNA.
• A modern view of HR: strategic, analytical, and commercially sharp.

Designated Office & Working pattern

• Tech set up to support great Home and In-office working
• Hybrid working with 3 days in our Bristol office
• 9-5:30 Monday to Friday – with flexibility required
