At Pax8, we’re hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist, EMEA to support the operational engine behind our regional marketing campaigns and events. This is a hands‑on role at the centre of how EMEA Marketing gets to market. You’ll work closely with our EMEA campaign and event managers, plus our Corporate Marketing Operations team, to build and launch campaigns using Marketo and Cvent, from audience setup and programme builds, to email scheduling, landing pages, and inbound tracking.

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, meticulous, and tech‑savvy; the kind of person who enjoys building things properly, keeping campaigns clean and compliant, and ensuring everything is tracked so we can learn what works. You’ll report into the Manager of Marketing Operations, EMEA, and play a critical role in making sure our campaigns and events launch smoothly and are set up for success.

Your Day‑to‑Day Includes:

  • Build and launch EMEA marketing campaigns: Set up programmes in Marketo, build audiences/cohorts, deploy emails, and activate campaigns using approved templates and localisation resources.
  • Own email & tracking execution: Manage scheduling, apply UTMs/inbound tracking, and ensure campaigns are tracked accurately to support reporting and ROI.
  • Support event promotion builds: Build event emails and landing pages in Cvent and/or Marketo, supporting event managers with promotion and tracking across assets.
  • Collaborate across EMEA + Corporate: Work in close partnership with the EMEA Marketing team and the Corporate Marketing Operations function: learning, sharing best practice, and supporting optimisation initiatives.
  • Improve how we work: Help optimise processes, fix issues, and make urgent build changes when needed to keep campaigns moving.
  • Stay compliant: Ensure execution aligns with relevant regional regulations (including GDPR) and best practices.
  • Grow your capability: Drive your development through Pax8 learning pathways, coaching, and stretch projects.

  • You’ve worked with tools like Adobe Marketo Engage (a big plus!) and Cvent, or you’re confident picking them up quickly.
  • You’re comfortable navigating Salesforce CRM and understand how marketing tech tools plug together.
  • You’re a self‑starter who thinks strategically but loves getting stuck in!
  • You’re naturally organised, detail‑focused, and great at juggling multiple projects without dropping the ball.
