Pax8 is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Bristol to help us grow our partner community and accelerate cloud adoption through an AI-powered marketplace. This is a genuine “launchpad” role for someone who wants to build a meaningful sales career in cloud technology, with coaching, structure, and a clear pathway to progression. You’ll be the first point of contact for many prospective partners, shaping how Pax8 is experienced in the market, while developing your skills alongside new tools and technology as Pax8 continues its AI journey.

What you’ll be doing day to day

  • You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales team by creating new conversations, identifying the right partners, and setting high-quality meetings that lead to long-term relationships.

Prospecting & outreach

  • Identify and engage prospective partners using phone, email, and social channels.
  • Build interest through thoughtful discovery and a clear, authentic explanation of what Pax8 does.

Qualifying & booking meetings

  • Understand fit and intent, then book high-quality meetings between prospective partners and our Channel Account Managers.
  • Build trust through considered questions, active listening, and a consultative approach.

Pipeline & performance

  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Work towards clear monthly outcomes (meetings booked and completed, new partner sign-ups, and a healthy funnel).

Learning, coaching & AI-enabled ways of working

  • Use modern tools (including Copilot) to work more effectively and improve outreach quality.
  • Invest in your development through structured learning paths, coaching, and dedicated development time each week.

  • Salary: £25,000 base + £9,000 on-target commission (uncapped) — £34,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings) - TBC.
