What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects for partners, from discovery through to implementation.
- Collaborate closely with partners to understand their business needs and design tailored ERP solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, helping partners adopt scalable and future-proof approaches.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear system configurations and workflows.
- Support integrations, data migrations, and system optimisation to ensure seamless performance.
- Enable partner success through training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional challenges, ensuring high-quality outcomes for every engagement.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and financial operations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Substantial experience working with partners or customers in a consulting capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- A collaborative mindset and passion for driving partner success.
- Adaptability and curiosity to learn and evolve alongside new technologies, including AI-driven tools.
